why dont you just enable the save options, to do so
open your form template
goto -> tools -> form options -> open and save and check the Save and Save as check box,
publish the form
now save option should be available to the user

multiple users can open(for read/write) the same form in browser with out getting any message. and if userA and userB open the form, then make changes and userA saves, then userB tries to save, he will get a message that the form has changed...
but i wont recommend using this.

I want to allow the users to enter names more than once in the repeating table.
I'm actually not trying to send emails, but instead I want to expose the concatenated field out into a list and I do not want there to be duplicates.

Hi and welcome to the InfoPath Dev forums.
Why do you need this functionality exactly?
If you allow this scenario than the last person to edit the form will overwrite all other changes. Since the user is opening an XML file when they save it or submit it the entire XML will be overwritten which will result in data loss.

Hi:
Welcome to the forum! I'm not sure what the English translation is for your Excel functions, but the math looks more complex than what InfoPath may be able to do in a formula. Perhaps you could break the formula down some, provide some translation so that there is a better chance someone will be able to help?
