Awesome detective work and thanks for posting that!

Your screen shots aren't showing.... Can you add them under the Options tab in a reply (or replies, since we only allow one file per post...)
-
A couple other options - one may be to disable loopback check on the SharePoint server - I think that will resolve this error. Another would be to not set useWebServices to true (undo the rule I had you add) and publish the form as full trust - admin approving the template via Central Admin instead of publishing directly to the SharePoint Library.

Hi, Jeff - I don't see your screenshot - you may want to attach under the Options tab in a reply. I'm guessing this is occurring when the form is opened in the browser, is that correct? In which case, what I usually try first is to find the QdabraRules finishedLoading node and add the following rule:
Condition - finishedLoading = ...

Hi - your screenshot is not showing - want to add it as an attachment under the Options tab?

Hi - even after modifying your formula so that it should just have the values for the multi-select in a given section:
substring(xdMath:Eval(xdMath:Eval(../my:multipleList[. != ""], 'concat(";", .)'), ".."), 2)
I still had some weird behavior - but I've seen issues using double eval with multi-selects ...

What version of qRules are you using? In later versions there is an execution history group in the Qdabra Rules data source, you could drag that onto your form to at least see what commands are being executed and if there are any errors.

Yup, I have the same issue.

Hmmmm. I'm about out of ideas, I'm afraid - what version of InfoPath are you using? Did you install from Office 365? I can look and see if this repros on my machine...

How about, just for giggles, you try turning on compatibility mode in IE....
