Do you mind attaching a copy of your template to a reply (under the Options tab, you can upload a file). I'd like to see if this repro's published to one of our SharePoint sites.....Is the form being opened in the browser or in the client app?

Hi Eihab, Yes you could do that using user roles in InfoPath or workflow in the InfoPath form.  Basically have a view that is for approval only where everything is read only execpt for the approve button/checkbox etc. Are these browser based IPFS forms or fat client?  Ted

Just a quick note... I was able to get my form submission to list working after changing the rules behind my submit button. What is so special about the SubmitToSharePointList value that made my form start working once I put this in the "Value" field of my button action? Thanks, Dave

I get the same thing. However, here is my scenario. I created a custom SharePoint web service that has 4 different methods. I was able to successfully add them to my data connection and it works fine. However, when I convert these web services in the data connection to a udcx, I get the error: InfoPath cannot use the selected Web service method ...

I have a form connected to a SQL table and as we all know, the table must have a unique Primary Key to allow the submit function.
