We have a SharePoint list that was used to submit issues. Now i have made an Infopath form to submit the issues.
Is there a way to import the old issues made in the SharePoint list into the Infopath form library?

I have created a form which contains code to retreive user information from Active Directory. When I run the code from Infopath 2007 it is working fine. Also publish the form to Sharepoint 2007 server . Published with following
- "Enable this form to be filled out by Web browser"

No, I haven't tried that, but my installation doesn't get to the point of creating the databases.

Did you try to change database name, such as DBXL3 and DBXLSmaple3. Our DBXL is using database name, DBXL6 because we have failed several times at installation.

I had created a form like discussed here, the form has main data connection to a database.
The form was saved in DBXL (v2.3) and SharePoint library, but I did not notice that mapping to databse would be a problem. Is there any workaroud to map datas from DBXL to database even in this kind of form?

Thanks for the response. However, I can't even get to the stage where the application installs; it seems to fail each time when trying to initialise the database just after registering with the .NET framework. Though I'd like to use the application and it would make life much easier for me, I can't do anything until I can ...

good you got it working, the only thing i would suggest is to fetch data automatically unless your data keeps changing, because fetching the data at every button click will result in more database hits.

I'm also uploading a copy of your form with the changes in it. Remember to update the concat() formula to include your project name.
