Hi, Pam:
You have to recreate your mapping.xml, then update the mapping.xml resource file in your form.

If you know what your form will be named, you should be able to figure out the link to the form -- generally it is http://servername/libraryname/formname.xml. Are you using IP 2007? I know in IP 2007 when you create your email submit, you can choose to include the form in th ebody of the email. I can't remember for IP 2003, I'm afraid. ...

You could also add additional repeating tables to your form that are bound to the same repeating group as the ones where your ...

There are a couple possible issues with this.
Since the scanId column is auto-incrementing, I anticipate either SQL or InfoPath will complain if you try to set the value yourself
The scanId is created when the data is submitted. If you set it when you open the form, you could have issues with mutiple rows having the same scanId. For ...

I have a database which I am publishing data to from an Infopath form. I'm able to input all of the data without a problem, and just added an auto-incrementing primary key (scan ID) in the database table. I also want to show that ID (so it would be the max ID in the table +1) every time the form is opened to add a ...

It appears to be the trigger on the table. If I disable the trigger then the shred is successful. Thanks for you help!

This is probably unrelated, but based on the attached PDF, you do not have a primary key defined on the table. You have CORNO marked as the Key in mapping, so the table will need to be updated to define the primary key.
Can you attach the content of the xml which is failing ?

The solution is not as easy as adding the conditional mapping. You would need to change your form to use forms-based workflow.
As I understand it, this is the scenario:
1. Your form submits to SharePoint. This creates version 1 of document called 32.
2. Sharepoint workflow happens. (Sharepoint owns the XML and DBXL is not involved.)
3. A ...
