It depends on how you've configured the Submit Options. Take a look at the Submit button; that's most likely the data connection that is trying to execute when the form is getting closed.
The way it fix it is to not have any Submit-type buttons and instead use only buttons with Rules. i.e. the SubmitOptions should be blank and not ...

Hi, I'm not sure that I understand your question. Could you elaborate? Thanks!

Hi,
I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but if you mean to show a dialog (pop up) message when the cursor changes focus to a specific field, then you will most likely need custom code to achieve this. There's nothing out of the box in InfoPath to achieve this, sorry!

Hi-
How does the form work? Does it submit to SQL, to SharePoint? I ask because in general you want to open an xml (form) in order to update its data.
If you open the XSN (form template) you'll get an all blank form.
Understanding a bit more of your scenario will help. Can you elaborate? Thanks!

Please send your form to support at qdabra dot com.
Thanks!

qRules doesn't have a command that deletes a specific list item, but if using RefreshSharePointList items and you delete the item from the form, then the delete is propagated to the list.
I'll open a request to get a new command for a future version. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi-
Was this working previously, on qRules v4.2?
The error seems to suggest that there's an issue with the filename. What's the filename and what's the list name (or foldername)?
Have you checked the QdabraRules > Error node to see if any additional information is being returned by qRules?
Let us know what you find. Thanks.

Hi Tom,
My experience is that Full Trust is not required. I would suggest:
(1) Find the useWebServices node and drag it onto the canvas
(2) Find the ExtendedErrorMessages node and drag it onto the canvas
(3) before calling the qRules command (that is currently failing) check both checkboxes.
Hopefully either (1) solves the issue or (2) gives ...

I believe you would need to change views, Print, then change views back to the "filling" view.
To clear the data, you would need to clear the fields one by one... or open a new form, of couse.
To remove some toolbar options, check in File > Advanced Form Options. You should be able to remove some things there.I don't ...

There's no out of the box behavior to achieve this in InfoPath. The data connection is going to query the entire data set and that data is then available in your secondary data source. Paging sounds like an interesting project to develop, but there's nothing I can think of in InfoPath to achieve this. Sorry!
