Hi,
I may be misunderstanding you. But, I don't need a total of the values that will be entered into field235.
For each option (i.e. a new section in the repeating section), I need to take the total (field235) and insert it into the corresponding row in the table in Section 3.6.
E.g. the total cost for option 1 (from Section 3.3) ...

If my check box needs to be an interger how would you suggest tweaking this to work with the tables.
Or better yet, let me try and explain where I'm going with this. With your wisdom, you might point me in a different direction, or have a better solution. Your example "Question fields" will populate ...

the above code seems to be fine, you need viewstate for global variables only. There might be some other code that throws errors

The form state applies only to global variables or to any of them?

It seems you have done exactly opposite of what i said, can you read my above post again and try to do it again, if you are unable to do it or it does not work attach the form template, so that i can set the condition for you as soon as i get time
