The SharePoint user profile isn't actually created until the user goes to the site for the first time. I am not away of how you can change this or keep SharePoint in synch with your AD (there probaby is a way to do this, I just don't know how).

I created an infopath 2007 form with 3 Dropdownlist controls on the

This should be a simple question - how do I configure Tab Stops on an InfoPath form? I want the user to type in field1 then be able to TAB to field2. Currently the tab defaults to the TAB for the form.

I looked at your form and the filter you used for your drop down
not(. = ../preceding::my:group2/my:field2)
My initial selction with no filtering at all from the Sharepoint List I'm using as a Secondary Data Source is
/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/dfs:BE_BU_3/@BE
I tried modifying your filter
not(. = ...
