Are your data sources on the same site as the form is published to? Here is a YouTube link to a demo for admin approving a form template: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s-gLdnY-oCA

You may need to modify the library settings so it will open in the browser. I'm not sure why the form is set to full trust - you may want to try changing that to Domain trust.
-
When you go to the library and click New Document your form should open. If it is a browser form, you could then copy the URL from the address bar and provide that link to your users someplace convenient.
-
So - you could query the library, get a count of the forms, and increment it by one, then zero pad it get the next number. The reason I suggest doing this when you submit is to prevent two or more users getting the same number.

No - because you don't have a way to know how many times the template has been opened. You don't know how many filled out forms have been saved.
You'd need to have a way to find out what the number should change to - have 100 forms been filled out? 5? 21? The form logic needs to be able to find that out and set the number ...
-
Probably just a normal InfoPath form then - you can publish it to a SharePoint form library for users to fill out. Under the form options, you can change the compatibility to a browser form (or you can use File > Save As and save as browser form)

As to people / group pickers - you need to submit the account ID prefaced with -1#; (see this post for info: http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/hilary/archive/2013/01/17/qrules-submittosharepointlist-and-a-person-or-group-column-type.aspx - it mentions qRules but qRules uses CAML too).
As to publishing your form - is this a list form or a ...
-
Hi!
qRules will submit the mappings in the order they are in the mapping file.
So - you can map whatever list you wish first, so that the SharePoint IDs are generated and populated, then map those ID fields for the other list(s).
The forum kinda blew away your formatting in your post, so I'm having a hard time understanding how these lists ...

If you use a layout table, you can set rows to automatically determine the height - if you do that, when your explanation boxes hide, you shouldn't have any blank space.
-
Hah! Well, it could be I didn't inject it with the Client version - do you have qRules installed? Can you re-inject with Rich Client selected?
