So - let's start with other user's can't open the form. You've published it to a network share - what error do they get when they try to open it? Or is it that they can open, but submit fails? If so, what error do they get when they try to submit?

Hi - while some of this blog post is about DBXL, there is info on how to use Office tools to create your own cert and sign the form and how the users can trust the cert. I am surprised that this scenario requires a full trust form tho.

To be sure - but your initial question didn't make it clear you were dealing with 200,000 users. :) Hopefully someone else will have a suggestion for this.

well - in qRules we could have used a command to go through and set all those nodes in the repeating group - even with qRules I would have taken this approach.

So, don't include the image in the repeating table (you can just delete the column in the view).
Then - how do you want your users to indicate what is "selected"? A button in the repeating table? Also, do you need to store this information? That is, when they re-open a filled out form, do you need to know what image was selected?

So - if you add a new promoted property and republish the form, all the fields in the library continue to display the correct values until you switch to the data view and paste in data for the new column? What if you update only a single row in data sheet view - does the problem re-occur?

If you set IE 11 to compatibility view (add the site to the compatibility view sites) does that resolve the display issue in IE 11?
