Hi - I guess to start with, it would be helpful to have more info about what is not working in IP 2010 that was working for you in IP 2007. Can you give a little detail on that? I don't understand why you are unable to replicate your original design in IP 2010. :)

Hi - qRules 6.2 will have a new command that in Filler will allow sending attachments to a form as part of an email - but there is nothing that would convert the attachments to a PDF or combine attachments into a single PDF, I'm afraid.

That made it easy to help, thanks! Use this for your calculated value for CopiedDate:
../../my:group2[my:CurrentRecord = current()/../my:CopyDateFromThisRecord]/my:PlannedCompletionDate

not(xdxDocument:GetDOM("VISA GL# Validation")/dfs:myFields/dfs:datafields/d:SharePointListItem_RW[d:GL_x0023_=current()])

So, the validation rule fires if there is no row where the GL_x0023_ field matches the VxGL field - but what field is this rule currently on? Not VxGL?

I am kind of grasping at straws here - but I do remember the early Office Online installs of InfoPath having some issues... and was also wondering if the Windows installs are upgrades if the template might be cached some place. One of my ...

What does the validation rule look like? Change the first drop down to "the expression" to get the XPath.

Any chance I can see your form? You can attach it under the Options tab.

Oh, that is odd. This happens in preview and in filler? Can I see your form? Either attach it under the options tab, or email to Support AT Qdabra DOT com, and include a link to this thread (and maybe add something like "Attention Hilary") - thanks!
