So - what is the result of the formula that works when bundledproj=1 when bundledproj is not 1? I'm confused about the -025 in the formula as well, as it doesn't appear to be part of your desired results.

I would probably save the form as source files (Publish > Export source files) and open the view(s) up with a text editor and search for the button name.... that would give me some idea of where it is.

Hi- I think you need some rules on your button to switch the view. Form Load rules run when the form is opened - so on submit, your form is not loading. In your form's submit options, you could choose to use rules, and have switching the view being one of those rules. Or, you could just use a regular button (not a submit button) and include a ...

Well - in the above formula, you have the closing parenthesis for the concat statement after "025". I don't know of any limits on concat.

So - bundledproj - is that the ID? Or is that a Boolean value? Your description says it might be Yes, but your formula seems to expect 1 or 0. And I don't see the bundled project ID in the formula....
Maybe:
substring(concat("b", BundledProjectID), 1, (bundledproj = "Yes") * string-length(concat("b", ...

So - if all four all selected, you'd want TB = 4? Maybe set the checkboxes to 1 if selected, and then have a default value for your text box that adds all of them? Otherwise, you'll need to put rules on all 4 checkboxes to change the value of the textbox when one of the checkboxes changes.

To display the fields in specific places on your form, you can just put controls bound to the field data source and set the repeating section to display only if Name = Organization (for example) so that right field displays where you would like it.
You can add to this schema without it preventing the CAML from working, which can make setting ...

Because field tree shows the schema, not the values. If you drag the Name attribute onto your form and preview the form, you'll see the values you entered.

Sorry, your screenshot didn't make sense to me - could you preview that sample form you sent me, and take a screenshot of that, where you demonstrate how your current form is NOT working? Thanks!

Hi - I can think of a few options here:
If you are using Filler, you could use User Roles - more here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/infopath-help/add-a-user-role-HP010165119.aspx#BM5 (this is for IP 2007, but since you already know where the form load rules are, you should be able to get the gist)
You could use input parameters ...
