If you right click on the combo box, and go to properties you should be able to wire-up the combo box to a data source, or you can hard code the "week 1", "week 2" values you are mentioning. Try to explore this area, and it should lead you to where you need to be.

If you use a XSD schema to build the main datasource in InfoPath, I've learned that it is not possible to add a field to the datasource while working in InfoPath. I would really love a workaround through this.... anyone??
