OK, I looked at the example, and I'm not understanding how you got the formula to work in the rules. I tried to copy/paste the formula and change the information to match my test form before I mess with the production form and it says it cant find the information. I have attached my test form, maybe you could help me understand it ...

Is it possible to use a link to launch a form and have it choose a different view to display? I tried searching and couldn't find an answer in this forum.
I know I can define a button or the user can just switch views when they see the default but it would be easier if I can use a link to automatically bring up the correct view.

Each column represents a month and there will be up to 24 months. I have been looking high and low for any rules or logic which will allow me to display today() as mm/yy and then ...

This formula should do the trick:
count((field764 | field765 | field766)[. = 1])
But I think structuring your form with hundreds of fields named fieldNNNN is not the way to go. I'll try to send you an example of a better way to do it in the next day or two.
