I save the form as source files (from the Publish menu) then open the manifest.xsf and the view files in a text editor and search for the name of the data source that was removed. See if you can find it and I can give you a hand tracking down how to fix things up. :)

I have the site in my compatibility view sites - you may want to try that. Settings > Compatibility View settings & add IPDev. I think it is because the Community Server version we are running this on is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo old. :)

Are you using a browser form or a filler form? You might be able to find a way to do this in filler (injected with the Rich Client version of qRules) using SetFocus.

Check this sample, just save locally, right click and select Design, then preview.

For any controls on the form that either execute qRules commands (buttons) or are bound to fields that execute qRules commands (text box, drop down, etc.) right click the control and under the control properties, select the browser tab. Set postback to always.

I'd start by putting rules on the Qdabra Rules finishedLoading node - if that is "true", run your rules - that way you know the code is completely loaded.
Then you can count the number items you need inserted by counting rows in your secondary data source and insert those into your main data source. I'll see if I can find a copy ...

You did a great job with the details. I looked back through my email - the other time I tried this via qRules in a browser form, my approach of using "insert" and setting values did not work in the browser, and I never had a chance to try to figure out why. Any chance you can use a repeating group with a checkbox control to mimic a ...
