InfoPath Dev

I saw an earlier post (2006) where someone made the suggestion to allow other input methods in addition to username. The answer was we will consider it. I was hoping to find that you had configured it to take an email address since they are unique in addition to username. Is this still limited to username only for the input?

I had a problem trying to enter it as a formula and kept getting an error so I tried it the other way. Now I see what I did wrong and it IS working correctly! YAY! Thank you, thank you, thank you................... You guys rock!

I have attached the form. You can see in the bottom debug section 8 fields. These fields will capture the data from the two drop down lists in the main portion of the form. In the first two I have set the default value as indicated and when I select the items in the drop down those field do not change to reflect the correct value. Thanks ...

It makes quite a bit of sense but doesn't seem to work unless I am doing something wrong. I am setting the default value in the non-repeating field where I want to capture the data from the repeating field.

I am trying to setup a form to submit files using Hilary's walk through for the Submit to SharePoint List 4.3. I have added the file attach control to my form and when I set the properties to 'repeating' and save it it says 'control cannot store this data type'. Not sure what I am missing here.
