• Re: InfoPath field not recognized in workflow

Sorry, I saw you wrote that but I don't know your setup.....I was thinking that any PC that has access to Sharepoint could publish the form without reinstalling Infopath, but in your test environment it makes sense that you are doing the work on one machine. The workflow should just read the field from the library so I can't imagine ...

Could you publish the infopath form to a Document Library within Sharepoint on your UAT server? This should ensure the data is accessible for the workflow.

I think you should use the 'If any value equals value' if you want the 'Define Workflow Lookup' window. The Condition you are using assumes you mean the current item and is just going to return the fields that you've promoted from your InfoPath form.

  • Print command and Security

I really like the 'Print' command in Qdabra, but am having problems with the security. When I set the form to Full Trust I have to create a certificate. These certificates expire in a couple of weeks which then creates problems for my users when they try to open it after expiration. It has gotten worse because once a certificate has ...

I'm using the Print command within a Infopath only form. Can I use Full Trust without using a certificate? When I set it to Full Trust, it won't open the form without installing a certificate....

  • SubmitToSharePointList error

I've set up the SubmitToSharePointList command and it is working when I preview the form, but when I try it from within a web browser I'm getting the 'Failed to Submit to Sharepoint' error. I did choose browser form when I injected qRules. Any other reason why it would not work in a browser form?

After sending I noticed that I had the qRuleslastmodified field, which is left from the Refresh command. I took that out and now it seems to be OK...

  • Re: SubmitToSharePointList error

I took a look at the rules inspector and there is nothing that is using the RefreshSharePointListItems command. I do use the SubmitToSharePointList on two different lists within the same form, but that is it. I did mess around with the Refresh command but as I said I never actually kept it in the form. Is it possible that there is some residual ...
