InfoPath Dev

InfoPath 2010 form Retrieve data from a web service, when preview shows up error : Cannot connect to the following Web service. There may be a problem with the Web server or the connection has timed out. after refresh the web service. the form will get the data... any one happen to know?  thank you!

Thank you Jimmy, the Programming Language is C#.  :) The Form type is Web Browser form... it's the default one, I didn't pick it. the form linked to a webServices to connect the database. and we will fill out the form through filler. what kind of form type do you think I pick?  what's different between the Web ...
