Yes. The "sub" questions could be placed in a section that remains hidden until the value of Q1 meets the criteria to have it show. Q1 = no ("0", "FALSE" etc.) section is hidden. Q1 = yes ("1", "TRUE" etc.) section is displayed.

You should be able to use a button with a rule that when the button is pressed (always applies) the actions would set the other controls to the desired state. For checkboxes (TRUE/FALSE, 1/0 etc.) You would need an action for each control you want to manipulate.

My guess is that you are using Windows 7. On my unit that is running Win7 with I have the same problem but on my other unit running WinXP it works correctly.

I think the best solution is to use a database. If that is not an option which it wasn't for me; I built both forms in one. All of the controls that are not used in one form or the other are in sections that can be hidden or shown depending on which form I want use. Then if you save it the next time you need that same common info just reopen, ...
