I was hoping someone would point me in the right direction. As a test, I created a new blank form using the Webservice template so I get the automatic query button. Just so I understand...if I drag the query field (LanID) on to the form and drag the data fields (LastName, FirstName, etc) into the form and enter a valid LanID then ... Posted to Web Services (Forum) by Sailor on 10-06-2011 x0020 in field names from Sharepoint WSS Hello, I have a receive data connection to a list in WSS3.0 used to populate some text fields. When I insert the field and set a filter the field shows up as "First x0020 Name" instead of "First Name". What's going on here? The Sharepoint columns are single line text. Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by Sailor on 10-06-2011 Newbie to accessing webservices.... Hello, I am quite new to Infopath, but I've created a number of succesful form in the past two years. These have been quite basic, with connections only to WSS 3.0. I now want to create a form that will populate user information, but research tells me that this isn't easily possible using WSS. I'm in a large ... Posted to Web Services (Forum) by Sailor on 10-04-2011 Re: Combobox - Filter only "new" items. Yes, the sample does work. It leaves out the Thing3 and Thing4 in the drop-down. EDIT - I think this problem is not the syntax of the filter. It looks like the data source on the receive connection for "Compatibility Checklist Results" is not getting all the data. I added a dropdown on the form to just view the data in ... Posted to Controls (Forum) by Sailor on 11-19-2010 Re: Combobox - Filter only "new" items. Hi, That doesn't work for me either. What I find interesting is that I changed the filter so the drop-down only shows when both lists are EQUAL, and that actually works (it shows the items that match). But I want to only show the items that are in the ApplicationVersion list that don't show in the AppName list. Posted to Controls (Forum) by Sailor on 11-17-2010 Re: Combobox - Filter only "new" items. Hello, Well right now there is no filter. It shows all items in a list on Sharepoint. The dropdown (AppName) has a datasource from Sharepoint called (ACTExport), column (ApplicationVersion). Once the form is complete the data is submitted using a submit datasource called (Main Submit) That datasource has a column called ...
