InfoPath Dev

Hello,  I was wondering how to decide when a SharePoint list should be used instead of a forms library.  I read that you could only use code in form libraries, are there any other factors that should be taken into consideration ?   Thanks very much !

I've implemented a similar rule (to set a blank field to a value before submitting) on other forms, just not with the contact selector. The Contact Selector is a bit difficult in the browser, some people avoid it altogether.

No, no es necesario programar. De inicio no me parece una tarea difícil, aunque puede tornarse complicada dependiendo de la cantidad de campos, dados, bibliotecas, y tal.

So the form is published to your local drive? Or are you publishing it to a network drive? To SharePoint? Does the form have data connections to a server? If so, is that server Local Intranet?
