Hi. I am a little confused with the changed event for a control. I have two radio buttons: Yes and No. When it gets Yes some functions should be executed to populate a dropdownlist. The thing is that if I use a function without parameters, when I select yes everything is ok. When I use functions with parameters nothing happens when i select Yes. ...

Hello,
I think this previous forum post will answer your question.

This is kind of a hack, but you could use a "hidden" field (not displayed in the form) which serves as a temporary location to do some math.
my:tempfield = sum(Hours[Event = "A" or Event = "B" or Event = "C" or Event = "D" or
Event = "E"])

Hello,
I'm sorry, but the problem isn't very clear. You mention that you have created a filter and it works. What are you doing after this (that causes the dropdowns to stop working)? I would suggest restating the problem with additional details to entice more responses.

I can imagine the following:
1. Break up the title into pieces that are separated by spaces.

From the screenshot it looks like you're doing this via the field's default value. Is this correct?
You'll have to set up rules, because obtaining the manager's manager depends on previous actions. I enumerated those actions in my post from 6/25.

Hi,
I am new to Infopath and I have been working on a questionnaire, which basically works, but I'd like to know if it's possible to randomize the questions? Say, I have for example 40 questions, but I'd like the form to randomize 10 questions of out of the 40 every time the questionnaire is being taken.
If I ...

Hello
I have an InfoPath form, that I have designed to be browser compatible, and therefore must contain no code. However, I now have an expression that InfoPath claims is "unsupported", yet works perfectly well in the preview mode.
