Hi lp12, An easy way to work around this would be to insert a submit button into your form template that submits to that Document Library. This will also make it easy for end users, because they don't need to think about where to save the form.   Cheers, Vanessa

Are the work, Holiday, and Vacation fields themselves numeric, or do they have child fields that are numeric?  If it's the latter, then that formula is not going to work. I think a screenshot of your data source, indicating which fields you want to sum, would help a lot.
