Is there a way to populate the field Full Name in a contact list with the First and Last name fields?   i.e.   Doe, Jane After connecting to Outlook, it does it for you and I can override Outlook if I have a value in the Full Name...   The reason is....I'm also creating an infopath form that doesnt support ...

You need to find a way to pass the MainDataSource variable to the code in your Class.cs file from the code in FormCode.cs.

Thanks, my thoughts were that it would have to be through a secondary datasource. Any idea what the xml file would look like for an Optional Section?   THanks

Thanks!  I finally got it working in preview, but when I publish I get an error that says the form will only open in infopath because it has features not compatible with the browser? All this thing has on it are the two dropdowns!  What could that be?

That's in client view.  I'm using IP2003 so web enabled wasn't much of an option.  I ended up making them all not required but having answered questions add one to a field and having the form not submit unless the number in the field equaled the number of questions.  So, not quite fixed, but circumvented.

OK done, for future reference: I saved the source files and the endited the query in manifest file. It worked like charm. update- but this wil work only when the dataconnection is NOT converted to .UDCX  Help to update query in .udcx file is still needed.
