Hi - qRules is compatible with Office 365, yes. It has a free trial, so you can always test it out - the current trial expires soon (3/15) but we should have a 7.1 trial up soon, or you can email support AT Qdabra DOT com if you need more time with the trial and I'll make sure we get you one with a later expiration date. :)

Hi - can you attach a sample form showing what you've currently tried to the Options tab? Off-hand, I'd say use rules for this, so you can use conditions.

Things changed from 4.2 to 6.1, so there could be something in the blog post that is not working correctly with your 6.1 form. When you say "submitting it twice" - you aren't running the command twice, are you? At any rate, if you want to attach your form, I can take a look later today.

I'm not sure - I don't quite understand, I'm afraid - can you attach a screenshot of what you are wanting?

Hmmmm. Refresh has a "report" mode. I wonder if you could parse the returned string for the ID of the item and then have a flag in the Main DS you set that it has been deleted from SharePoint - you'd need to remove the ID so it didn't try to update, and then modify your mapping to not resubmit it....

This is not currently part of the SubmitToSharePointList command. I wonder if you could work around it by using a UDCX for the data connection and using an SSO for the credentials in that UDCX - with the SSO set up to the user you wish to submit as?
