You need to modify the url of the sharepoint address in manifest.xsf file or you need to modify the data connection of the sharepoint.
In code it will take the sharepoint address from manifest.xsf file only. You no need to change your code.

In read only or disabled mode also we can see the screen tip of that field. We don't have any option called whenever field is editable at that time only see the screen tip.
For avoid this screen tip, you can choose data validation message on that field. In this it shows whenever your validation is correct it shows the message.

You need to set the sharepoint library name only. No need to specify complete path of that library.

Can you check once your Rule condition is correct or not. One more are you need to check view name is exact match to “Deny” view name.
Can you try to put same Rule one more time to old form then it works or not.

Here ‘dfs#%92 is the prefix of the node. Each prefix has its own namespace. If you want to change the prefix name also we can change in code, whenever we are setting the property of DOM.

Sorry to disappoint you, and there is no other way to do this. In InfoPath 2003, we need to make each and every control is read only by selecting Read only in the Control Properties.

In Infopath 2003 you need to create a identical view and make every control readonly by selecting Read only in the Control Properties -> Display Tab-> Check Read only. Another way is you need to change the all controls to expression boxes.
