If the user is getting a prompt to log in every time they try to open the form, then the user might lack the necessary permissions. You also should check the website security zone in IE. Compare the machine with the problem vs machines without the problem.

I have found solution. In IE 8 (Tools -> Manage Add-ons -> Show -> Downloaded controls) both component were turned off. All to do is to click 'Enable' button. Default security settings in IE were correct ;).  regards Jarecki

hi,if you select the option and then view print preview then the selected option is not checked on first view but is shown selected correctly on second form.Why its not being shown selected on first view in print preview?

Ok, I tried out the form, but I don't see what the problem is.  Could you describe it in more detail?

hello,thanks for reply. I just created the simples form and it shows the problem i am having. Preview the form and select the option button.then select preview you wil not see the selected option of first view but on second view it appears. Thanks Imran
