As to using content types - when you publish the form, take the option of publishing as a content type. Usually I have a library called "Form Templates" where I keep my content types - you'll be prompted to select a library on SharePoint as a location as you publish. Then, in each library, under Advanced Settings, change it to use a ...

What are the labels for some of the controls that aren't displaying, so I know where to look?

Well - I personally wouldn't set the attendee limit in the main data source, but that's just me. I would just compare back to the original course list, which you have a secondary data connection to. In this copy, I've added a calculated value on the form that shows the attendee limit for the selected course from the secondary data ...

LOL That's a scary comment! I guess before we migrate to 2013, I should learn about setting up the form as a content type and see if I can swap us over to that during the migration. Do you know of any good resources for that?
You are correct, the columns are there in library 1a, just no data. I ...

I don't know what I could be doing wrong, but I bet it's a doozy! I attached the form, if anyone ...

Correct, that is the list with the Attendee Limit. But it runs every time the form is opened. So I've set a rule, that when course is selected, set Attendee Limit control as attendee limit for that particular course. and that works when I make an update to the list. But not automatically. I am sure to make the update to the list, then ...

Are you re-querying the data in the form? If you go update the list, and you have the form open, and the query has already run - it won't automatically get the latest data. It looks like your Training_CourseDetailsList data connection only runs on load, that's the list w/ the attendee limit, right?

Hmm. I think there may be a problem in the Testing Purposes section; in the table which shows the lines for each and the Attendee Limit, the Attendee Limit is not being updated when I update that field in the corresponding list. If i update an Attendee Limit from say 10 to 5, my 'Attendee Limit' control that I have on my main data ...

I have a survey template in SP integrated with InfoPath. There are 11 individual questions, all with yes and no radio buttons. I need a calculated field in SP for "percentage complete" to determine if the respondent has finished the survey. I have a calculated field called "survey status" ...
