If you're using the Fx dialog to create the concat, you may have to use commas instead of semicolons. Make sure you insert your fields using the button so that InfoPath adds the correct xpath. You can use single quotes or double quotes to insert the commas. Otherwise, Potemkine is "right on the money". Cheers!

How about instead of worrying about updating Task Group, which is set dynamically by the Collect Data action, maybe just set your email to send to the Assigned To field of the relevant task? Is there a reason you can't do that...am I missing a key element? I would use the "workflow lookup" option in setting the recipient, ...

You can open the properties of your InfoPath form in dialog but not the document itself. On lists, the forms are ...

Tugce, I do not write any code, so I'm not really sure how to make a Print button, since that requires Full Trust code. However, to access the code builder for a button, you can click on your button in design mode, switch to the Properties tab in the ribbon, and click the Custom Code action. This will invoke Visual Studio and allow ...

Sorry, Imransulehri, but I can't really replicate your problem. Do you find a solution ?

Ok, you can put a text box and hide it if it's empty, you add a drop down control of the same field and you show it only if it's empty.

I'm just wondering if infopath forms are supposed to open the dialog windows ? I have it selected, but my forms dont do it, they just open up the old way on a new page. When using just a list form they work no problems...
No biggy just thought I would ask :)
