Hi ZhenYuan,
Probably the simplest way to do this is to use Public Folders and create a separate email for each form template (XSN file). The email would have a title for the form and include a link in the body to the DBXL URL used to open the XSN, for example http://<server>/QdabraWebService/forms/<name>/template.xsn

Good morning INFOPATHdev community. Today I discovered InfoPath 2007 as a possible solution for creating data entry forms to add/delete/change data in a SQL Server 2008 database. I found this post: http://www.bizsupportonline.net/infopath2007/infopath-basics-how-to-populate-form-when-opened-loaded.htm

Can you be more specific on "loading rule"? Is it a specific rule on Load. I had a rule already on DD1 which contains:
Condition: DD1 is not blank
Action1: Clear existing content of DD2
Action2: set the value of DD1
Action3: Query using a data connection:GetValueForDD2 using DD1 value set in Action2.

Helped me too
Thanks a million

What you have going on is that the DD1 values query on load. The DD2 values
query when DD1 changes (since the list is filtered). The value for DD1 does not
change on load, and thus the DD2 values are not queried.
The fix is to add a loading rule which queries the DD2 values if ...

I did as you suggested and was able to find the form, but the fields are red X'd indicating it is corrupted or non-functional? Probably because of the unsuccessful attempts I made at uninstalling the item???
I went to the link, but Microsoft has removed the link to the CleanUp tool because they said it could cause damage if you use ...
