Would the second table in the attached form do the trick?

Unless I am missing something, I can navigate the UI and add times and click include which nicely drives the sort order, BUT I am left with a 4-5 row table that is out of order. The sort order from top to bottom reads 2,1,4,3,5. Things might get entered out of order so I like the ability to re-sort. How do I get from the table ...

Hey everyone,
I am a relative newbie (I know VB and VBA but have never coded it in Sharepoint.)
The issue I'm having is a non-coded one, though.
We've created a form that requires multiple approvals, in order, based on field responses in the form. To handle routing through the multiple signatures, I promoted several fields to view ...

I'm not sure what you're asking. The sections should automatically be ordered based on the order of their respective start times. Are you asking me to explain the mechanism that I used to order the sections based on their sort order, or do you want a way to change the sort order to something other than the order of the start ...

I do like that, but how do I get the resulting table to "respin" and reorder by the sort order values once everything is complete/filled in?

Might this be more like it? The sort order number is automatically determined using the default value formula on the Sort Order field, based on the times and whether the Include checkbox is checked.
If that's still not what you're going for, might you attach a mockup of what you want this final view to look like?

Hi -- when you say "uploaded as a template" do you mean that you published the form to a form library? Or that you just uploaded the template like a regular document? You will want to publish the template so that others can open it. Here's some more info on publishing.... and there are no stupid questions (if there were, I'd get ...

Hi -- any kind of consistency in what is missed in the Export? I had a form once that did this -- it was specifically in a repeating section that had a lot of text.... What controls are losing text? When you say it is intermittent -- does that mean that the exact same XML sometimes loses text and sometime doesn't? Or that some XML from the ...

I would recommend having three xpaths in your form, one for each of the steps of the process. So let's assume the process roles are: submitter, approver and reviewer. You'll have rules to store the appropriate username in each of those fields. If a form is new, the currently logged in user becomes the submitter. If the form already has a ...
