Hi,
I'm just wondering if it is possible to customize InfoPath error messages? The standard message, "Some rules were not applied", isn't very intuitive and the detailed message can be rather generic and confusing to users.
Is it possible to change this message somewhere? For example, if it is a timeout issue, just inform users ...

Please have a look at the attached form. I used a different default value formula on monLarge that doesn't require the separate calculation fields.
I'd also point out that your monMins and monMinf fields were not actually in the Calculations group, but were actually underneath the root node, with all the other fields. Just ...

Ted, thanks for the info. Since I'm not really authorized to buy new software, I think that I've gotten something to work now using code. I'm still new to it, but learning it as quickly as I can.
Thanks!

I've been using the Active x Contact selector for some time without any issues. I have come across one anomaly that I can't seem to resolve. We have a form that is using the contact selector and is served up via Form Services. Our user profiles are synchronized from Active Directory. One of our users had their title ...

I guess I must have mistyped something because when I started over it worked.
It's a blonde day :-)
