Have found the image background option for the page setup - but this doesn't let me customise the image further.

Currently i am facing the difficulty to disable the repeating table B
that "Don't allow user to insert or delete this control" but can
disable A repeating A.

I have a drop down list that list all TimeZone
I want to select by default the local one
How I can do that ?
the form can be opened in different country.
Note that my list contain the WindowsId that can be used once the local time zone has been found, to select the correct entry in the Drop down list

You can add code and catch the error and change the event, but that seems like a bad practice to me.
Some other techniques:
Change rules to stop firing on failure and/or add an alert with a different message so users know what happened.
Reduce the amount of data you are returning using DBXL's QueryBuilder and cascading ...

I can show you how to do that, but is 7.21, 7 hours and 21 minutes, or is it 7.21 hours? I'm confused by your use of a period here.
