Thanks for the examples but I'm looking for a way to do Cascading dropdrowns from a single SharePoint list. I'm having problems filters the 2nd field once you've made choice from the 1st field.  Thanks Michael

I know this is much later but maybe it can help someone later down the road. The click event args provide the button ID thru e.ControlID... unfortunately, there does not seem to be a way to extract the button label (of .Text value in regular C#).

This error occurs if you use a data source name for the /mapping or the /submit connection that is not present in your form. Make sure that the name you use for those parameters is the same as the name you used when you created the data connections in your form -- you may have named them something different than what I did in the walkthrough.

You can save the form as its source files to get the file called Months (no extension) and add this to your own form as an XML data source.
