When I click the Debug button, an error "Infopath cannot open the selected form" appears.

It's working! Thank you!  I removed the code altogether, that seems to have been the problem. I've gone back to an eaerlier, cleaner version of the form before I started messing around with this and just took the code out. Thank you both so much for your help. It's really appreciated. Hopefully I won't have to come ...

If you're writing .NET code, you should be able to just select Start Debugging in Visual Studio or Visual Studio Tools for Applications and start debugging.  Are you unable to do that?

Hi, Is it possible to use debug in infopath? because everytime i write a code, i have to upload it to the central admin for me to be able to check my codes if its working or not.  it's very time consuming, anybody knows any workaround if there's any? thanks

You will need to make sure and grant the identity used to have db_datareader and db_datawriter permissions on the QdabraDBXL and QdabraUtilities databases.  You may also need to reset the DBXL app pool after granting those permissions.
