I must have made a typo when I wrote the post because it isn't like that in the formula. I have removed it and rewritten it several times, even trying to use the Insert buttons in case InfoPath didn't like my own typed entries, and even though it continues to verify that the formula does not have any errors, each time I try to ...

It looks like you have an extra quotation mark here:
[.!='""]
It appears to be SINGLE QUOTE DOUBLE QUOTE DOUBLE QUOTE, when it should just be two single quotes or two double quotes. Could you try to fix that, and if that doesn't work, click the Show XPath checkbox and paste the contents here?

To submit to a document library the user needs to have permissions on the SharePoint library and they have to have at least contribute.
Managing access to documents in SharePoint can be hard sometimes, granular permissions are not always easy.
One thing you could do is to setup a library that is for submit only and that a workflow in SharePoint ...

Here's how my formula ...

I think you'll need to add another field that has a default value like:

You can set rules on it to run that unset the values that are set when fields are selected -- the condition would be that the field is equal to zero.
Here's another thread with more info on multiselects and why they ...

Thanks for the screenshot. The condition looks correct.
Where is this condition set? You'll need to have the same condition on both the fields.
I would also look at the fields' data types to make sure they match exactly.

Thanks Jimmy.
This is exactly what I wants. Its work same.
I am new to Infopath, I seen a "Preserve Code Block" in Summary view.
Can you please elaborate what is "Preserve Code Block", how to work with it? and how you achieve this functionality.
Thanks

The attached form uses some XSL tricks to dynamically display the name and value of any non-blank field in the form. Even if you add new nodes to the data source, it will take those into account. It can't show the fields' labels, but it will show their names. Is this sufficient for what you need?
