Ok, I seem to be hitting upon the same problem as before. If I put the entire table that contains ptAdviserGUID on the form, it will not display the value, however, if I then click "Insert Item" in that repeating section, then the GUID appears. I overcame this problem last time by coding the changed event into a field which was created ...

Hi Patrick, thanks for the answer. I tried to insert some lines to prevent bad formatting, but it didn't change anything. The client has decided to change the screen resolution for client B, and this solution seems to correct the problem. It's not a perfect correction, but it works, so they're satisfied... The actual fields I am using are ptAdviserGUID (this is the field that should be getting populated but isn't), ptMappingGUID (this is the secondary datasource field "GetAdvisers" that should be dictating the value to ptAdviserGUID) and then I added an additional field ...

Hi, Yes secondary data source is only for guiding user who is filling the form, nothing is actually saved to main connection. I circled around this problem with OnLoad function in SQL code, probably best way to handle it without web services.

The december CU is the December Cumulative Update that is currently installed. I have tried updating to the last update but in the process lost a functioning sharepoint and i am running a backup now.
