Hi,
I would say that is a big form! 832 controls with conditional formatting sounds like a lot of work has been put into this. The C# code, 8,522 lines is a lot - I have seen more than that in an InfoPath form but that is still a lot of code.
The big question I have for you is performance: what (if any) performance issues are you ...

Maybe not. I have a browser-based form that has 832 controls (dropdowns, textboxes, radios) across 6 views that are setup like 8.5 x 11 pages. Virtually every control has some conditional formatting. Not a lot of client-side rules but it does have 8,522 lines of C# code-behind.
I'm interested in folks' ...

I am writing a filter for an XML data connection to filter out status of Pending, employee of current employee and date (WeekEndingDetail) of < today. Hi -- you can add validation to both the Start and the End date fields. Right click on the field in the data source task pane and select properties. Under the Validation tab (if you are using IP 2010, I think this may be under rules, so you'll need to click the Manage Rules button for the field instead of the properties) you can add validation ...

Hi, I think it's possible if you disable all the save and submit button on the command bar:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/867442/enhttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/aa192513(office.11).aspx
You have to find the ID of every save and submit control and disabled or enabled them by code.

Dear all,
I'm hoping that you can help me, I've never used the custom controls in InfoPath and im only slightly familiar to IP2010.. If I explain what I've done, it might make more sense! I'm trying (firstly) to add the Adobe PDF read ActiveX control onto my InfoPath form, but I get an error:
"Controls that are not ...

Hi Jimmy,
When the user selects a new value in the drop down list the data in the repeating grid gets refreshed, which could mean that current unsaved data gets lost. I am trying to provide the user with the ability to cancel the event should they want to save the data prioring to changing the value. The Validating and Changed events do not ...

It would seem your form is set for browser compatibility mode:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.office.infopath.xmlevent.changing(v=Office.11).aspx
This type or member can be accessed only from code running in forms opened in Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007.
Is the Validating or Changed event, or rules, insufficient for ...
