Jason, is this "admin page" something you want in the InfoPath form itself?  Or something in SharePoint?  It's not clear to me exactly where this page is. If it's in InfoPath you could just create an admin "view" in your form that would be editable only by people in the right SharePoint group. Ted

I'm assuming you are using SharePoint for the workflow - what is the column data type for WeekEndingDetail in SharePoint?  Have you tried changing the data type in SharePoint to see if that fixes it?

Great post! I had initially thought it would append the node despite the fact that they would be out of sequence and it will still work. I guess another fix to this is to make the repeating field the last child in the section because the order in the schema doesn't matter when you create the form visuals. Thanks again.
