Thanks for the feedback , Ernesto These forms are on a subsite and I am the owner of the main site as well as the subsite? What do you mean the admin side? Do I need to install something on my computer to have this development or admin rights? Also..how do you browser enable a form?

Hi -- Is your data connection for your web service set to run on load? That is, it runs when the form opens AND in the open rule?

I failed to mention that the date picker fields can be more than 1 calendar year. For example, i would need a formula that would resolve the difference in months between 11/1/2010 and 11/1/2008. Thanks again for your assistance.

Hi John, Thanks for givenr reply. I have checked,  it is a Dropdown list . not textbox .      

Try right clicking on the field and check the properties to be sure you have a Drop Down list box instead of just a text field. BJ

Anyone have any ideas on this?  We need to move to production VERY soon and I really don't want to add two records (one sequential but empty) to the database for every case we add.
