I agree that is the intial way to set this up, but they have over a thousand forms now and they already have a process in place where they select certain fields that are choices. It wasn't until now when the approvers would go back in and change those fields making a new form. If a save button can't be done as an additional button please ...

Have you tried sections? For example: section1 is displayed while the user fills out the form. Section2 is hidden.  When the user clicks the button to send/submit, section1 is hidden and section2 displayed, then the email is sent. You'll be able to design section2 (active view sent in email) as desired. Good luck!

I have a feeling the UPDATE is not working because of this InfoPath quirk: http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/12799/45297.aspx#45297 The workaround given in that post will probably do the trick, but why not have the trigger do this update instead of running the SQL from InfoPath?

Hi, Image button are supported only since InfoPath Form Services 2010. In 2007, there is no way to input an image in web-browser form.

Hi All, I have added an image background to a button in browser based infopath form. I can see the image backgroud in design mode as well as in form preview. But the same image is not seen when the form is published on sharepoint site. Isn't background image suppported in browser based infopath form? Thanks, Rahul Babar
