My username is DBXL Admin.  But the account I am logging on with (even using a different PC) is my test account - which I intentionally keep with user priveleges. Catharine

Hi Catharine, Yes, the role name is DOMAIN\username. You have done everything correct. Check the global permissions in your web.config. Maybe you are a DBXL Admin. If so, try from a different account. More later,

Hi, I updated your template fixing the extra spaces. It was the row height size that caused the issue. If you highlight the table, right-click and go to Table Properties > Row tab, you want to make sure that the option 'Automatically set row height' is selected. Cheers!

I've build af infopath form 2007. Published it to sharepoint formlibary. When user has filled out the form - he/she submits the form to this libary. It work fine until yesterday.
