You must be running the code on srv-hq-itd-tmp1 for this to work. You cannot use SPSite with a url pointing to a remote server.

You have to work around the limitations by using conditional formatting to
hide all but the row number selected from your button click:
count(preceding-sibling::ns1:Row) != [SELECTED_ROW_NUMBER_HERE]

It's hard to troubleshoot your rules, but I would suggest looking at the content of the xml at each stage of the process. Perhaps there will be a clue there. You can also add debug steps to your rules to determine at which point the rules/actions are failing.

No error message is produced. When you click the submit button the 2nd time, the actual button - visually -- seems to show an action, but the form is not copied to another folder and closed.

Can you explain what you mean when you say that "the submit button does not work"? Is it inactive? (can't click it) If so, then you need to check your conditional formatting.
Does it produce an error when you click it? If so, please provide further details on the error text.Thanks.
