So here's another wierd thing that I can't get sorted out.
I have a repeating table to record the employee's expenses (with the add/delete rows disabled). Once they click a "Save" button, the expense is set to a particular status, saved to SharePoint list, copied back into the main data source to the appropriate ...

I would look to see if there is a way to turn off gestures for IE. If so, that might solve your problem since, as Hilary states, InfoPath is just using IE to render the views. This is why Auto-Complete works for InfoPath - it's just using the history stored in IE.

Hi Hilary,
Thanks very much for your reply. InfoPath and tablets, whilst a nice combination, doesn't seem to get much of a mention around the web yet. If someone from the InfoPath team could help that would be excellent!

Hi, Maureen:
I hope I'm not overlooking some detail you provided earlier -- if I have, I apologize in advance.

Well I'll be dipped.
That fixed MOST of the formatting problems. There is still some wierd things going on. I'll tinker with rules until it works, I guess.
I never would have guessed that a view could have gotten corrupted. Is that what happened?
Thanks!

So, now let's try copying everything in your current view into your new view, publish, try form in browser, do the controls work as anticipated in the new view?

I currently have a rule that stats the following.
@Email[@Service = Service_DropDown and @Group = Liberty_MAST]
It work perfectly fine but now I to add an IF statement to this. So if a value in my data source = True then I want to use a different email field from the same data source. So I would use email2 instead of email.
Thanks for ...

Thanks for the feedback. I created the extra fields so I could display the additional information and it's worked out fine.
