I highly recommend not putting spaces and special characters in your filename like that. It can be done with substring manipulation, but it is highly recommended not to do it the way you're asking.

Do you really need it to be in another report? Is this using SharePoint or just InfoPath standalone? If using SharePOint, you just create views with summed columns so that you can see the totals for all relevant values by slicing and dicing the metadata. If it's standalone, then I don't know how you'll consume all that data ...

How exactly did you publish it? What were the exact publishing steps and options chosen while publishing?
You're actually getting that error AFTER it publishes? I am not aware of a Finish button. The last button before publishing is "Publish," and then after publishing, it has a "Close" button. The ...

Do they actually disappear, or are they not there on your default view? You need to make sure they are visible when the form is submitted to email. I would think you would be doing one of 2 things:
Switching to a view that contains the buttons without conditional formatting and switching to this view before the email submit action ...

Create a new column that concatenates the two values and use that column as your DisplayName value of the dropdown. I'm not sure you can consume calculated columns into InfoPath through list data connections, so you may need to create a simple SPD workflow that sets the value of this new field (make sure it's hidden from the user by ...

Ron, is this being used within SharePoint at all, or is the form completely standalone? InfoPath itself can only email the form - it can't email text separate from the form. However, this could all be done with SharePoint workflows connected to the form library or list where the form is being submitted.

Why is the form admin-approved? Does it contain Full Trust custom code?
Why are all the data connections converted to UDC? ARe they connecting to external data sources?
If you simply publish the form to the form library or list in dev then re-publish to the new site and check that box at the end, everything carries over without ...

Is this a browser form? I don't think this applies to browser forms, because when the form is rendered, it is connected to a template (XSN), so unless you have multiple templates (i.e. separate content types), it has no way to maintain the previous schema/layout. It can't know what this is - it can only call from the existing ...

What were the errors after externalizing the data connections? Submitting like that from browser forms is very tricky due to the authentication. When opening a browser form, the WFE acts on your behalf, which causes a double-hop. If you don't have Kerberos enabled for the farm and for Excel Services, then it's not likely ...

Not sure about that receiver thing, but when I create workflows (always in SharePoint Designer), I can always get the values of my promoted InfoPath properties, because if the data is in the SharePoint list/library, then it's visible to the workflow. It doesn't matter if it's a doc lib, list, content type, or admin-approved (also ...
