Hi Jhon,
Welcome to the Forum!
You need to add a Rule which queries your sharepoint list when you select ''DocOwner''. (There is a rule which can query a dataconnection)
Add another Rule which sets values for other two fields.
Hope this Helps!

I dont think you can get Form ID even before submitting a form.
I think sharepoint creates a form ID only when you submit the form to sharepoint. Probably because when you submit a form to sharepoint, sharepoint inserts form into a database and form ID is generated at this instance.

I dont think we can directly delete a row in the database from InfoPath.
We either use a webservice to delete a row or we need to write a custom logic in InfoPath form code. But the custom logic will require full trust to the form.

Hi Amish,
Sorting cannot be done directly in InfoPath designer. You need to do this directly in XSL or you need to it code.
Greg has some more information in another posthttp://www.infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=351

Hi Abrusci, Welcome to the Forum!
First thing is it loops because when you are changing value in ''OnAfterChange'' event you are causing the event to call itself again, and this goes on until the value reaches the max of integer size.
There is also another limit on the number of onafterchange event getting called.
If you want to do this ...

Hi Christophe,
There is something called regform through which you can distribute to the users. Basically you will create an MSI of your form using regform.
You can find info about reg form this linkhttp://www.infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=225

Till now I dint see any programatical way of doing this.
There is a property called ''WSDLURL'' in ''WebServiceAdapter'' class but this is a readonly property.
You can do further investigations on this and let us know if you find anything interesting.

You need not do it in the User Interface. You can directly edit manifest.xsf file and search for your dataconnection path and replace the exesting webservice URL with your new URL.
File save manifest.xsf and publish it.
PS. Be careful when you edit manifest.xsf, any small mistake might screwup your solution. It would be better if you make a copy ...

This can be done through InfoPath itself. You can have rule on ''field4'', In the you need to specify a condition and check what is the 10th character in the string, you can use InfoPath substring functions for this.
