Hi
I have a library where two InfoPath content types(QualityReportForm
and QualityCommentForm) are published. Basically, the library should
display reports and its related comments by grouping them as shown in
the fig1. Both of the content types derive from the one parent content
type which has a field GUID. I have ...

I think I found the reason why signed forms cannot be submitted to a database. If you use Web services, in one of the Data connection wizard windows, there is a check box that reads:Submit data as string. Note: Digitally signed data must be submitted as a string to preserve white spaces.
This means that during the submit process white spaces are ...

Skylab, what exactly do you mean by "SharePoint website database." Do you just mean SharePoint itself? When you use InfoPath with SharePoint, it has to be published directly to a form library, and that is where the users go to fill out the form by clicking New. Hi,
The easiest way to do this with the tools you have is to publish the form template to a SharePoint document library. You would then promote the fields you want shown in SharePoint to be "promoted" from InfoPath to SharePoint and they would then show in the columns in the document library when the users submit their ...

This is a high level overview but do your users who need to use the form offline sometimes connect to the network? I assume you are using a network or SharePoint where you can publish the template?
Once the users open the form the first time from SharePoint or your network InfoPath will cache the template on their machine. They can ...

HI Suresh,
This should be pretty straightforward.
Are you using a seconday data source that is the SharePoint list (connection directly to the SharePoint list). If so there is an option when you setup the data connection to connect when the form loads, this would refresh the data. You can also use a rule in your form to refresh the ...
