Any chance I could see a copy of the form? You can attach it under the Options tab in a reply.

It sounds as if the XML files are missing their InfoPath processing-instruction. Can you compare a file created from a working form and one from a non-working form to see?

Can you put the Execution History group from the Qdabra Rules data source someplace on your form and see if there are any errors when you try the form in the browser?

Rename your rules so they are easy to make sense of later. :-) A rule to set a field's value will just set the value - so you are probably getting whatever rule runs last. You could always change the action, where you set a field's value, to concat in the existing value - like set txtTo to concat(txtTo, ";Veronica@email.com"). ...

You can just delete the text box control from the form view - the data will still be stored in the form's data source. If you need multiple addresses, I think generally they are separated by semicolons.
As to setting the value of txtTo - usually I just handle that on my Submit rules - if some condition is met, set ...

Yup, I missed that! What version of qRules are you using? I see your first post is tagged 3.2 - is that the version you have? In later versions we added an execution history that tracks commands and errors for a session - I'm wondering if in the browser any error is reported in the Error node for the command.

Well, there is only one preview I know of in IP - when you are working on the form in design and preview it. And since everything works in preview, it sounds like the issue is in the browser. Do you have Form Load rules that execute qRules commands? If so, move those to the Qdabra Rules "finishedLoading" node - with the condition ...

Do you have the qRules error node somewhere you can see it, maybe in a debug view? Any errors? Can you test this form in preview mode, without waiting for it to be published?

I would not add a data connection for each email address. I'd use a field for the "To" in a single email data connection then form logic to set the "To" field based on selected location. I don't think you have too many rules - but you may have something else going on in your form logic that is causing the unanticipated ...

Usually when we hit a validation error on submit, the form rules quit executing and the form stays open so we can fix our errors and try again. I see in your rules you have the "close" rule before the others - move that to the bottom and see if that solves the issue. I'm actually surprised IP is even trying to submit, since you have ...
