What browser are you using? I have a browser form, IP 2013, with a similar setup - -1 on all controls except the field for the barcode, which is 0, and it works as anticipated in Chrome and IE.

 This will require custom code. Here's a StackOverflow post that may help you with this.

I am looking for a Boolean rule that determines if a value is >= to 4 and <= 7.  How would I write this statement? 

 I am trying to find out if there is a way to set a rule in InfoPath 2013 to open Outlook but not submit the form. Basically I need to have a rule on a button so that when clicked it will open an Outlook email that I can send a custom message in. Can anyone help?

I've got the form submitting to the sharepoint online list with the web submit on Infopath. However when I upload the form to a SPO document library, and run it via the browser, I get numerous errors: An error occurred while trying to connect to a Web service. Should this still work on SPO?
