Forgot to mention I'm using InfoPath 2010. After searching around, I eventually found this worked from the Form Options dialog under "Advanced" and also there is a Default Values button in the Data tab on the ribbon. Thanks for your help!

You can use the Default Values dialog to give the table the number of rows you want.

Hi Sax, Can you upload your XSN file instead of an XML file? InfoPath can't open XML files if they don't match an XSN file on your computer (at least, I don't know of a way.) Thanks! Until I see your form, I won't know, but, yes, just set your Total field using your formulas (which are huge, by the way!).

Hi CandiH, You can put the text boxes in a section and hide the section with conditional formatting when "not ok" is checked. This would also hide the labels for the textboxes and make the form only one page when "not ok" is checked.
